Although i am still learning myself i will try to critique your art to help.
I like the subject matter you have and i think that your art has a lot of potential, i see that you have a good knowledge on anatomy and proportions but those still need some work.

I wont go too much about fundamentals since you can never perfect them and have to always work at it. I think it lacks depth even if you are going for an cel-shaded anime style. . I think those black outlines you have is a bit forced, and makes everything a bit de-saturated i think you were trying to add contrast to your art and thats good but you can definitely add a foreground and background elements to do those while adding more personality to your art even if its blurry colors with some shapes.

i rated vision and originality with 4 star because i can definitely see that you worked really hard at it to make a good piece of art <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> . But as i listed above you need to work on your fundamentals and compositions to have more impact.
